Assistant (w/m) Area Management & Business
Requirements
Location

In this challenging position you manage the flow of information within the Area Management & Business Development (AMBD) team and coordinate its administrative issues. More specific responsibilities include administration of sales reporting, analysis of key figures and other sales information. As the Assistant of AMBD you will support the AMBD team in producing presentations, preparing reports and servicing costumers. Moreover you will coordinate office activities and ensure smooth operation.


We are looking for a motivated, flexible and communicative person with a minimum of 2 – 3 year work experience. Your excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills are complemented by your capability of standard MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Further you are able to communicate fluently in written and spoken English and German. Full-time or part-time applications as well as re-entry professionals are welcome.

Internship in Product Marketing
Requirements
Location

For our international Head Office, based in Romanshorn (TG), we are looking for an INTERN to support our young and dynamic Product Marketing Team in conducting a competitive and market analysis from beginning of August 2008 for at least 6 month.

Your main tasks will be:
1. Identification of present and potential competitors in the segment of physiological footwear
2. Competitive analysis on enterprise level: Key figures, strategies and organization of competitors
3. Competitive analysis on product level: Analyse technical and economic specifications of competitive products
4. Market and sales analysis of in-house and competitor products
5. Research and acquisition of competitor info, data preparation for in-house planning systems and compilation of competitor database
6. Support the team in diverse product specific projects (administration and editing on image files, preparation of presentations etc.)
7. Administrative support of the Product Marketing Department

Our requirements are:
• Study in business administration, communication or similar (min. 4th semester)
• Very good command of German and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge in image editing programs (e.g. Illustrator or Photoshop) are beneficial
• Analytic and conceptual skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• International experience, cosmopolitanism and team spirit
• Driving licence
Place of work: head office in Switzerland
Time: from August 2008 for at least 6 months
